Barr. Ann Ihuoma Ikpe is a distinguished legal practitioner, realtor, and social impact advocate whose career spans over 15 years of excellence in law, real estate, and leadership. Born in the early 1980s, she began her academic journey at Radiance Nursery and Primary School and Festac College, both in Festac Town, Lagos. She later pursued her passion for law at Madonna University, Okija, graduating with an LL.B in 2008, before proceeding to the Nigerian Law School, Abuja Campus, where she was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2009 and obtained her BL.
In 2010, she became a Chartered Negotiator and Mediator of Nigeria, further strengthening her expertise in conflict resolution and corporate advisory services. Today, she is a Principal Partner at Ikpehowers Solicitors & Co., Abuja, where she has practiced law at both supervisory and managerial levels with distinction.
As the Managing Director of Waterfalls Realty Limited, a nationwide real estate development company, Barr. Ann combines her legal acumen with her deep passion for property development to provide trusted, transparent, and innovative housing solutions. Her leadership has been instrumental in positioning Waterfalls Realty as one of Nigeria’s most reliable and fast-growing real estate brands.
Beyond her professional pursuits, she is the Co-Founder of ABABS Hope-Alive Foundation, a non-governmental organization dedicated to training, supporting, and empowering adults and children to achieve their lifelong goals. Through this initiative, she continues to impact lives, embodying her belief in service, empowerment, and lasting social change.
